Using the portal

This portal lets you describe a project and ask Shivoraai to review it. Please give accurate information and only upload files you have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful material, malware or anything intended to disrupt the service.

A submission is not a contract

Submitting a requirement does not create an agreement to deliver work. Work begins only after we send a proposal or quotation and you accept it.

Indicative pricing

Pricing shown on this site is indicative and consultation-based. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, volume, integrations and turnaround. The price that applies to your project is the one in the written proposal or quotation we send you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files and information you send us. You allow us to use them to assess and deliver your requested service. Ownership and use of finished work will be set out in the proposal or agreement for the project.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Handling Notice. If you need a formal NDA, tell us before sharing sensitive material.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and we are not responsible for losses caused by it being unavailable or by information on it being incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for a project will be stated in the proposal or agreement for that project.
