Who we are
Shivoraai provides websites, AI and business automation, data and back-office support, design and digital marketing for businesses in Oman, India and worldwide. Operated through the India-based business Bhagyashree Tech Solutions.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your name, company, job title, country, city, website, contact details, the services you need, your requirement, budget range, timeline and notes.
- Files and links you add: any sample files or requirement documents you choose to upload or link.
- Technical and source information: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and your IP address, which we use to detect spam and abuse.
- A draft on your own device: while you fill in the form, your answers (not your files) are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can continue later. You can clear this at any time with “Start fresh”, and it is removed when you submit.
How we use it
- To review your requirement, contact you and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To send you a confirmation email and notify our team.
- To understand which services and channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the portal.
- To keep the portal secure and prevent spam.
Your information is handled confidentially and used only for evaluating and delivering your requested service. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Authorised members of the Shivoraai team can see your submission through a private, password-protected dashboard. Service providers that help us run the portal, such as our web hosting and email providers, process data on our behalf. If we use a CRM or spreadsheet to manage enquiries, your details are copied there too.
Cookies and analytics
The portal itself uses only the browser storage described above. If analytics or advertising tags such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are switched on, they may set cookies and receive information about how you use the page. We use them to measure results such as form starts and submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, deliver work and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your submission and any uploaded files.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us contacting you. Email us and we will respond.
Security
Information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website and are available only to authorised team members. No online service can promise absolute security, so please avoid uploading confidential information unless it is necessary.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
